Welcome the Irvine Institute of Medicine and Cosmetic Surgery, often referred to in Orange County as OC Aesthetics®. We are Orange County's premiere medical aesthetic and cosmetic medical office where science, beauty, longevity, anti-aging, and the art of caring are integrated.

In 2009, OC Aesthetics partnered with NeoGraft™ to bring Follicular Unit Extraction(FUE) hair transplantation to Southern California. Our surgical facility is the first physician training center on the west coast for this new and exciting technology designed to make hair restoration more desirable for men and women. Our facility is very personal yet professional. Unlike many of the larger hair transplant offices where several procedures are performed by the physician each day. FUE with NeoGraft™ is an art and requires disciplined surgical skills and intense mental focus. Only one patient per day can have this surgery performed, unlike the more widely used STRIP method where several patients have surgery simultaneously by the same surgeon.

We also advance office surgical liposuction for localized fatty areas, and we use the industry's most recognized laser lipolysis device, i.e., SmartLipo™. SmartLipo™ is for those body areas where that extra layer of fat won’t go away after intense exercise and dieting. Our surgical suite is on our premises and we perform the procedure using the safest documented method, i.e., local awake tumescence anesthesia. Using Dr. Klein's techniques allows patients an easier and more rapid recovery time. Better yet is the fact no serious complications have been associated with Klein local awake anesthesia.

We proudly claim our aesthetic and cosmetic physician, Dr. Ken Williams, has been trained by and follows Dr. Zein Obagi aesthetic protocols and rejuvenating skin secrets. OC Aesthetics® is a complete medical and surgical aesthetic office with a full time on site physician dedicated to delaying and preventing the aging process. Dr. Williams is an ardent advocate of Dr. Obagi's treatment protocols and has been personally trained by Dr. Obagi in his Beverly Hills office.
